It has both excellent and really helpful staff. The hotel has prime and exceptionally nice location close to downtown. A nice touch is also the soft beverages in the poolside bar.
As we remember, there was no parking space.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - not too far from Aquapark Kuban. It was about 30 km from the airport. Booked carpeted and big size room that was cleaned daily towels changed regularly. I really enjoyed the breakfast with lots of fresh food.

Location: the venue was just next door to restaurants and the bar as well as the main road/beach area. Stopped by Lotus Resturant to get some coffee and treats, it's a short walk to the venue, recommend.

We would recommend staying at this family-friendly hotel. Everything is fine here, had a really enjoyable stay for the whole vacation. It has incredible, particularly good setting, just next door to the "restaurant" as well as the main road / beach area. Overall nice food, plus there is Piccadilly Bar close by.
