The staff was affable and great, nothing to complain about. It was very close to the beach, restaurants and Lozenets, marvellous location overall. I checked out Oasis Beach, that was set just a short walk away from the property.

I didn't want to leave and definitely coming here again. The hotel was clean, the room was big and the bed was large. Top and particularly good location for visiting bars and restaurants near the property. Spent a nice evening at Cactus, located near the venue. The restaurant was great, and the staff very nice and affable.

The room was has not been cleaned nor the beds made and available with balcony, shower and the bedroom. Location: the hotel was really close to the restaurants and bars, the sea and the beach and restaurants, shops and bars.
