clean venue and really helpful employees. clean room with a private bathroom. great and top seaside hotel location not far from the beach and the main areas, and the centre. ideal place for exploring lozenets.

The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a nice enough area, close to the centre, the beach and the main areas and Lozenets. The food was appetising with a good choice of options:)))

This was a cute property with a great pool. Everyone we met from the staff was accommodating and pleasant. The restaurant had appetising food, thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were very spacious and clean, with extremely comfy beds. The hotel facilities were well equipped, and we loved the Starbucks coffee available. The location was great, with plenty of shops nearby. The staff, especially the friendly valet/shuttle drivers, provided awesome service. The Bistro had a welcoming atmosphere, and the bartender was quick and friendly. this hotel gets an A+ for its cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, location, and staff.
